PatinaTab
PatinaTab is an industrial‑style new tab dashboard that turns every new tab into a focused workspace instead of a blank page or content feed. Customize dynamic backgrounds and drag‑and‑drop widgets for tasks, notes, weather, calendar, RSS, and stock tracking, all in one place. All data stays on your device with no accounts, no tracking, and no servers.

About PatinaTab
Is PatinaTab legit?
PatinaTab was listed on IndieAppCircle in May 2026 by Playwright Project, who opened it to independent testers. 4 independent testers have used it since and had their feedback accepted by the maker. It is distributed through its own website at patinatab.org. IndieAppCircle is a peer feedback exchange, not a paid-review site: testers earn credits only for feedback the maker accepts, and nobody is paid to be positive. We record what happened here; we do not vouch for a product's business practices.
What platforms does PatinaTab run on?
PatinaTab runs on Chrome extension. The maker built it for a general audience.
Is PatinaTab still looking for testers?
It is not in the feed right now — the listing is paused until the maker is active on IndieAppCircle again. You can still test it from this page for 5 credits per approved test; the maker is notified when feedback arrives, and feedback left unanswered for 48 hours is approved automatically.
How do testers review PatinaTab on IndieAppCircle?
Testers are other indie developers. They open PatinaTab, follow the maker's test instructions, and write up first impressions, confusing moments and bugs. The maker reads each write-up and either approves it — which pays the tester — or rejects it. Only approved feedback is counted on this page. There are no star ratings and IndieAppCircle pays nobody to review anything; it is a feedback exchange, not a review site.
