Iknal AI
Iknal is an integrated platform for service businesses that run on appointments or reservations, born in Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico. It’s not just a chatbot: it serves your customers with AI through any contact channel, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, or web chat, and connects them to your calendar and appointments, your CRM, and a sales funnel with commercial automations (like reminders) in a single flow. That way, a conversation becomes a customer record, an appointment, and a follow-up, without repeatedly copying data by hand from one tool to another. It’s built for medical offices, clinics, dentists, barbershops, restaurants, and more. We think of Iknal as a super employee who doesn’t eat, doesn’t rest, and doesn’t complain. It follows your instructions to the letter and is trained on your business’s information and policies, either what you provide or an analysis of the public information on your website.

About Iknal AI
Who is Iknal AI for?
Iknal is for businesses that run on appointments or reservations, like medical offices, clinics, dentists, barbershops, salons, and restaurants. It’s especially for owners and small teams who get messages all day on WhatsApp, Instagram, or their website, and don’t have anyone free to answer all of them or keep track of who is booked and who needs a follow-up. Think of it as a super employee. It’s not for businesses that just want a basic chatbot. It’s for the ones that want every conversation to turn into a guest or customer record, a booking, and a follow-up in one place.
Do I need an account to use Iknal AI?
Yes, you’ll need to create an account, since Iknal is set up around your own business: your channels, your calendar, and your menu or services and policies. You don’t need a credit card to start, though. There’s a 7-day free trial with no card required, so you can try it with your own business before deciding.
Is my data safe with Iknal AI?
We take it seriously. Iknal uses standard encryption and data safety measures to protect your information. It only works with what your business gives it, like your menu, services, hours, and policies, or what’s already public on your website, and that information is used to run your own account and your own assistant. Since Iknal handles your customers’ conversations and bookings, we treat that as your business’s data, not ours.
Is Iknal AI legit?
Iknal AI was listed on IndieAppCircle in November 2026 by iknal.ai, who opened it to independent testers. 1 independent tester has used it since and had their feedback accepted by the maker. It is distributed through its own website at iknalai.com. IndieAppCircle is a peer feedback exchange, not a paid-review site: testers earn credits only for feedback the maker accepts, and nobody is paid to be positive. We record what happened here; we do not vouch for a product's business practices.

Is Iknal AI still looking for testers?
Yes. The maker pays 5 credits for each approved test. Sign in to IndieAppCircle, open the test instructions on this page, try the app and write up what worked, what confused you and what broke. Once the maker approves your feedback the credits are yours; feedback left unanswered for 48 hours is approved automatically.
How do testers review Iknal AI on IndieAppCircle?
Testers are other indie developers. They open Iknal AI, follow the maker's test instructions, and write up first impressions, confusing moments and bugs. The maker reads each write-up and either approves it — which pays the tester — or rejects it. Only approved feedback is counted on this page. There are no star ratings and IndieAppCircle pays nobody to review anything; it is a feedback exchange, not a review site.
