Sleepaholic
Sleepaholic is an app that helps you actually stick to your sleep schedule — not just track it. You set a bedtime, choose which apps to restrict, and when it’s time to wind down, Sleepaholic locks those apps until morning. It basically forces you to stop doomscrolling, build consistency, and finally get real rest - while giving you sleep insights. We’re still early, building and testing — curious what features you’d want to see in an app like this?

About Sleepaholic
Is Sleepaholic legit?
Sleepaholic was listed on IndieAppCircle in November 2025 by Sleepaholic, who opened it to independent testers. 1 independent tester has used it since and had their feedback accepted by the maker. It is distributed through the Apple App Store. IndieAppCircle is a peer feedback exchange, not a paid-review site: testers earn credits only for feedback the maker accepts, and nobody is paid to be positive. We record what happened here; we do not vouch for a product's business practices.
What platforms does Sleepaholic run on?
Sleepaholic runs on iOS. The maker built it for health and wellness users.
Is Sleepaholic still looking for testers?
Not right now. The listing is closed to new tests because the maker's credit balance no longer covers the 5-credit reward. The 1 approved review stays here as a record. It reopens on its own once the maker tops up — if that is you, sign in and check your dashboard.
How do testers review Sleepaholic on IndieAppCircle?
Testers are other indie developers. They open Sleepaholic, follow the maker's test instructions, and write up first impressions, confusing moments and bugs. The maker reads each write-up and either approves it — which pays the tester — or rejects it. Only approved feedback is counted on this page. There are no star ratings and IndieAppCircle pays nobody to review anything; it is a feedback exchange, not a review site.
