Parsedit

Parsedit turns unstructured documents into structured, reviewable data. You create a parser with a field template, invoices, bills, receipts, POs, statements, trade docs, and more—then upload PDFs, scans, images, Word, Excel, email files, and 30+ other formats. OCR runs when needed; extraction fills your schema with per-field confidence so you can edit and approve before anything is sent (auto-send is opt-in per destination). Beyond single-file uploads, it handles multi-document packets: classify a mixed multi-page PDF, split by document type, and review each segment on its own. You can select files from Google Drive, ingest via webhook/Zapier/API, and skip duplicate uploads so the same invoice doesn’t get processed twice. Schemas support line items and repeatable tables (description, qty, price, totals) alongside header fields like vendor, dates, and amounts—mapped once, then reused across layouts. Live destinations: Google Sheets, QuickBooks Online (bills, invoices, expenses, sales receipts, journal entries), Xero (bills, invoices, expenses), Zapier (files in / parsed data out), plus outbound webhooks, CSV/JSON export, and a REST API. Airtable, Slack alerts, and email-to-parser exist but are off by default behind flags.

About Parsedit

Is Parsedit legit?

Parsedit was listed on IndieAppCircle in November 2026 by Veer Shah, who opened it to independent testers. No independent tester has reviewed it here yet. It is distributed through its own website at parsedit.com. IndieAppCircle is a peer feedback exchange, not a paid-review site: testers earn credits only for feedback the maker accepts, and nobody is paid to be positive. We record what happened here; we do not vouch for a product's business practices.

What platforms does Parsedit run on?

Parsedit runs on Web. The maker built it for businesses.

Is Parsedit still looking for testers?

Yes. The maker pays 10 credits for each approved test. Sign in to IndieAppCircle, open the test instructions on this page, try the app and write up what worked, what confused you and what broke. Once the maker approves your feedback the credits are yours; feedback left unanswered for 48 hours is approved automatically.

How do testers review Parsedit on IndieAppCircle?

Testers are other indie developers. They open Parsedit, follow the maker's test instructions, and write up first impressions, confusing moments and bugs. The maker reads each write-up and either approves it — which pays the tester — or rejects it. Only approved feedback is counted on this page. There are no star ratings and IndieAppCircle pays nobody to review anything; it is a feedback exchange, not a review site.
