It uses ai models designed to "get you in" to company interviews by removing resume or cover letter issues that might screen you out. The app strictly works from evidence in your resume, so when you get interviews you will feel comfortable and confident. Several facilities exist in the app to present you with live jobs, to rework your resume, draft a cover letter, match job reqs, and give feedback on what might be missing or expected. Every resume-coverletter pair that you generate gets saved in an Application page, where you can track it and keep notes and attachments that relate. Too many features to mention.

We routinely create new accounts on the app, so it should be working for you. This is the first time we have gotten feedback from user unable to sign-up, so we'll take a look anyway and consider harmonizing the button name, if that will help. Meanwhile, please let me know if 'Create Account' fails to work for you.
- jcarroll - Wed, Aug 12, 2026 at 05:28 PM: On second thought, now I see "no signup" badge for WorkInPilot, and I think this may have been your question? I put some notes in the Test Instructions about this, because we can't open the app to the public without requiring at least an email to keep session information distinct and private. This is the only mechanism for even a casual user to maintain a unique username and private information. I'm sorry if the "no signup" button appears misleading -- our reading of this was "no (subscription) signup". As noted: we do not sell, share, or use any email address for internal marketing purpose. Apologies for the confusion.
