Wisegrid
Wisegrid is a spreadsheet-native work management platform for project-driven teams that need more structure without giving up the flexibility of a familiar grid. It combines rows, columns, formulas, hierarchies, and cross-sheet references with dashboards, Gantt, board and calendar views, forms, workflow automation, approvals, resource planning, and real-time reporting. AI-powered formulas also help teams classify information, extract key details, and summarize project data directly inside the workspace. Wisegrid can be used for project planning, budget tracking, resource allocation, request management, approval workflows, client reporting, and portfolio dashboards. It is especially useful for construction companies, engineering firms, professional services teams, agencies, and other spreadsheet-heavy businesses. The platform also supports reusable project blueprints, API and webhook integrations, Excel and CSV exports, and self-service Smartsheet migration. Wisegrid helps teams reduce manual reporting, standardize recurring processes, improve project visibility, and scale operations without adopting a complex enterprise system.

About Wisegrid
Is Wisegrid legit?
Wisegrid was listed on IndieAppCircle in September 2026 by Anh Nguyen, who opened it to independent testers. 2 independent testers have used it since and had their feedback accepted by the maker. It is distributed through its own website at wisegrid.co. IndieAppCircle is a peer feedback exchange, not a paid-review site: testers earn credits only for feedback the maker accepts, and nobody is paid to be positive. We record what happened here; we do not vouch for a product's business practices.
What platforms does Wisegrid run on?
Wisegrid runs on Web. The maker built it for businesses.
Is Wisegrid still looking for testers?
Yes. The maker pays 5 credits for each approved test. Sign in to IndieAppCircle, open the test instructions on this page, try the app and write up what worked, what confused you and what broke. Once the maker approves your feedback the credits are yours; feedback left unanswered for 48 hours is approved automatically.
How do testers review Wisegrid on IndieAppCircle?
Testers are other indie developers. They open Wisegrid, follow the maker's test instructions, and write up first impressions, confusing moments and bugs. The maker reads each write-up and either approves it — which pays the tester — or rejects it. Only approved feedback is counted on this page. There are no star ratings and IndieAppCircle pays nobody to review anything; it is a feedback exchange, not a review site.
